Et vigtigt skridt på vejen er at få godkendt praktikaftalen af både akademi, virksomhed og studerende. Her kan du læse mere om hvad du skal være opmærksom på, når du vil sende kontrakten til godkendelse.

Du er klar, når du kan svare JA til nedenstående

• Jeg har fundet en praktikplads.
• Jeg kender navn, telefonnummer og e-mail adresse på min kontaktperson
• Jeg har aftalt med praktikvirksomheden, hvad der skal stå i praktikaftalen vedrørende arbejdsopgaver, timer pr. uge, start- og slutdato etc.
• Aftalens indhold lever op til kravene på mit studie vedrørende praktik med henblik på at sikre mine muligheder for at opnå læringsmålene for praktikken
• Jeg har haft en dialog med min kontaktperson hos praktikvirksomheden omkring deres forventninger til mig som praktikant, og mine forventninger til dem som praktiksted
• Jeg kender virksomhedens P-nummer (danske virksomheder - find det på cvr.dk - videoguiden viser dig hvordan)

Derudover, hvis muligt:

• Jeg kender virksomhedens VAT nummer (virksomheder i andre lande end Danmark)

Vi sætter stor pris på, at du forsøger at udfylde formularen med de vejledninger og guides, som du finder her. Men går det helt galt, så kan du selvfølgelig kontakte din praktikkoordinator/praktikvejleder hvis du har spørgsmål.

You are ready, when you can answer YES to this

• I have found an internship
• I know the name, phone number and e-mail address of my contact person in the internship company
• I have made an agreement with the internship company regarding the type of work task, amount of work hours per week, start and end date of the internship etc.
• The content of internship agreement fulfill the standard requirements at my study programme in order to ensure my opportunities for reaching the learning goals for the internship.
• I have had a dialogue with my contact person regarding what the company expect of me as an intern and what I expect from the internship company.
• I know the P-number of the company (Danish companies - find it on cvr.dk - find out how in the videoguide)

Futhermore, if possible:

• I know the VAT number of the company (companies in other countries than Denmark)
